Accounts
Accounts & status
An Account is your studio on Vulkain — the developer or publisher that owns games, keys, and key links.
Account types
- Developer — you make the game
- Publisher — you publish the game
Account status
Every account has a status that reflects its standing on the platform. New accounts are created as In review once the owner names the account and adds a game. Later statuses are managed by operators; capability enforcement based on status will follow in a later release.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | The owner started account setup and still needs a game. |
| In review | Vulkain is reviewing the information provided for this account. |
| Restricted | The studio stays open. Only the services an admin has restricted are locked. |
| Suspended | All actions on the website are suspended for this account. |
| Active | In good standing with all primary capabilities enabled. |
| Closed | The user has closed this account. |
| Terminated | Permanently closed by Vulkain. Live links are revoked and unused keys cannot be issued. |
